MinnDak offers Helpdesk support services that is tracked through our ticketing system. So from start to finish you can monitor the status of your case if you so choose.

Once you open a case you will receive an email with the ticket number. You will also receive emails for any updates made to the ticket by our support team. From that point forward the entire history of your case is well documented and it is also a great way to keep in touch with our support team with any questions throughout the process. 

This system works for both Home and Business customers, is simple to use, and is for your benefit as the customer to track your problem, and our benefit for accountability to stay on top of your case.

The MinnDak Helpdesk is available 24x7 for your service needs.

Response times during Business Daytime hours are generally within 4 hours.

Response times after Business Daytime hours are generally next business day.

Emergency/On-Call Support is also always available by contacting our main office phone number and following the prompts to reach the On-Call Support Technician.
